| a) Take under its management a domain name (using LatinTLD's Local Presence data)until its Renewal time, which means we will process all further Contact and DNS changes requested by customer and will request renewal instructions . | |||
| 7.- Payment Only: LatinTLD will | |||
| Payment Only service is just that!We will only pay at the corresponding NIC/Registry, but should not be held responsible in any other way for the management of the domain name that was only paid for on behalf of the client. | |||
| 8.- Registrant Transfer(OUT): LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Upon
request of the customer, change the Registrant data of a domain name to a
third party that has the required Local Presence. In doing so, LatinTLD will
hand over the control of this domain name to this third party, being no
longer responsible for the domain name in any way, b) Pay Registrant Transfer fee to the local NIC (if it were required), c) Notify customer of Registrant Transfer success or failure. | |||
| 9.- Registrant Transfer(IN): LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Upon
request of the customer, change the Registrant data of a domain name to a
party designated by the customer, that has the required Local Presence.LatinTLD will also assume control of this
domain name (e.g. by placing itself as the Administrative Contact for
it), b) Pay Registrant Transfer fee to the local NIC (if it were required), c) Notify customer of Registrant Transfer success or failure, d) Process all further Contact and DNS changes requested by customer, e) Notify customer of Expiry Date and request Renewal Instructions. | |||
| 10.-Registrant Transfer(IN)+L.Presence: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Upon
request of the customer, change the Registrant data of a domain name to
LatinTLD (or one of its Representatives or Correspondents) assuming control
of this domain name. b) Pay Registrant Transfer fee to the local NIC (if it were required), c) Notify customer of Registrant Transfer success or failure, d) Process all further Contact and DNS changes requested by customer, e) Notify customer of Expiry Date and request Renewal Instructions. | |||
| 11.-Mediation:LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Assist -on
client's behalf- to Mediation meetings at the corresponding NIC, b) Obtain information about the purposes and rights of the other party that is also requesting this domain name, c) Suggest a course of action so as to have the best chance of retaining or being assigned this domain name. | |||
| 12.-Arbitration: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Hire a
lawyer to represent the client at the hearings and to prepare the litigation
paperwork on your behalf, b) Assist -on your behalf- to Arbitration meetings, c) Obtain information about the purposes and rights of the other party that is also requesting this domain name. d) Suggest a course of action so as to have the best chance of retaining or being assigned this domain name. | |||
| 13.-BackOrder: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Check
regularly the deletion status of the domain name you request us, b) Submit a Registration Form to the corresponding NIC as soon as the domain becomes available, c) Check regularly at the NIC until domain gets approved, d) Pay for the registration to the local NIC, e) Notify customer of domain BackOrder success or failure, f) Process all further Contact and DNS changes requested by customer, g) Notify customer of Expiry Date and request Renewal Instructions. | |||
| 14.-Modification of Cont./DNS (Free): LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Process
Contact and/or DNS changes requested by customer, b) Notify customer of domain Modification success or failure. | |||
| 15.-Modification of Cont./DNS (Charged): LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Process
Contact and/or DNS changes requested by customer, b) Notify customer of domain Modification success or failure, c) Invoice customer for Modification. | |||
| 16.-Allow to Expire: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Allow the
domain to expire, without submitting any Renewal Form to the corresponding
NIC b) Not notify customer when the domain reaches its next renewal period, c)Not notify customer of domain Expiration. | |||
| 17.-Deletion Request: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Prepare and
Submit to the corresponding NIC a Deletion Request form, b) Pay for the deletion to the local NIC (if so required), c) Check regularly at the NIC until domain gets deleted, d) Notify customer of domain deletion success or failure, e) Invoice customer for Deletion. | |||
| 18.-Purchase Negotiation: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Request the
customer to state the price (initial offering and maximum price) willing to
pay for the domain, b) Attempt to contact the current owner and check with him his willingness to sell. c) Negotiate with current owner and try to reach a price agreement, d) Notify customer of domain negotiation agreement or failure, and confirm current willingness to proceed, e) Invoice customer for Transaction, f) Require seller to make a Registrant Transfer for the domain name, g) Pay seller and for the domain name, h) Confirm customer of the Registrant Transfer success. | |||
| 19.-Domain Appraisal: LatinTLD will | |||
| a) Appraise the possible market value in US Dollars that can potentially be obtained from the sale of a given domain name. | |||
